I noticed these five vibrant red and yellow peppers sitting on my black kitchen counter. I found them so delightful, I snapped a shot with the intention of painting them. I chose to make this a small piece and took the liberty of rendering them on a blue surface. I find the play of hot colors on a cool surface exciting and calming all at the same time.
