I caught a herd of caterpillars on one of my parsley plants. Hmmmm... How I love to study their lovely patterns, but this means I'll not get a leaf of herb from this poor plant. What to do, what to do? In the end, I decided to let nature take its course. Many of them fell victim to paper wasps, but a few must have made it because we enjoyed the Black Swallowtail butterflies later in the season. And, to my surprise, the parsley eventually made a comeback!
